“Hi, Glad you discovered us! I’m Ify Okwesa, the founder and creative director of RICHANTEE. Inspired by my Northern Nigerian roots and the “rich aunty” aesthetic, I created this brand to celebrate the kind of elegance I grew up around—where modesty was powerful, intentional, and always beautifully expressed.
RICHANTEE is my love letter to the women who carry themselves with confidence but still owns the room without doing too much. Every piece is thoughtfully designed in-house, with careful attention to craftsmanship and detail. But beyond the clothing, I’ve poured just as much care into the experience—from our quality packaging to the handwritten notes I include in each order.
To me, luxury is about how something makes you feel—and my hope is that every RICHANTEE piece makes you feel celebrated, seen, and effortlessly sophisticated.”
