Refund policy

SECTION 1 - RETURN ITEMS WITHIN 14 DAYS
Return any unaltered items within 14 days of delivery to receive an online store credit. Returns are typically processed within 3-5 business days.

SECTION 2 - STORE CREDIT ONLY
We do not offer cash refunds or returns to the original payment method. Approved returns are issued as an online store credit via email.

Shipping fees are non-refundable

If you haven’t received your credit within 7 business days, please contact us.

SECTION 3 - ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and hygiene stickers attached (if applicable). Items that don’t meet these conditions will be returned to the sender, with the return shipping cost deducted from the store credit.

SECTION 4 - PRICE ADJUSTMENTS 
Due to demand, trends, promotions, and inventory changes, price differences are non-refundable.

SECTION 5 - PRE-ORDERS
All pre-orders follow our standard return policy. If you cancel a pre-order before it ships, you’ll receive an online store credit.

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING FEES
Return shipping costs are your responsibility to help us maintain quality products and service. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please ensure no duties or taxes are applied to returns, as we cannot accept returns that incur additional fees.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & ADJUSTMENTS
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Please double-check all details before completing your purchase. If an update is needed, reach out to us within 6 hours, and we’ll be happy to assist with any adjustments.

SECTION 9 - RESTOCKING FEE
No restocking fees apply. Store credit will reflect the full purchase price, including applicable taxes.

SECTION 10 - FINAL SALE ITEMS
‘Final Sale’ items cannot be returned or exchanged for store credit. We're confident you’ll love these exclusive pieces.
