Shipping policy

SECTION 1 - PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME
Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase.

SECTION 2 - DELIVERY
Estimated delivery time ranges from 3-7 business days and is calculated at checkout. Orders can be tracked via the courier service's website.

For U.S & U.K orders, please contact DHL.
For Canada orders, please contact UPS, Canada Post Purolator (Via tracking number provided)

Note: If a package is lost or damaged, please contact the courier service directly, as RICHANTEE is not liable for lost or undelivered packages.

SECTION 3 - PRE-ORDERS
Estimated shipping dates for pre-ordered items are listed on the product page. Regular items purchased alongside pre-ordered items will ship on the pre-order date. Please note that pre-order dates may change.

SECTION 4 - IINTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders may be subject to duties and taxes imposed by your country, which are beyond RICHANTEE’s control. Shipping fees do not include these charges, and you are responsible for covering any duties and taxes, which are non-refundable.
